MR.DEVASAGAYAM AYYAKKANNU
Managing Director
Holds an MBA from University of Southern Queensland, Australia in Project Management as well a Bachelor of science(Hons) in Housing, Building and Planning from University of science, Malaysia. In additional to that, he is also a member of Chartered Institute of Builder UK as well as a Management Institute of Malaysia. He has extensive experience for more than 32 years in the project development, project management as well as in the construction industry.
He worked in Sunway PRK from the year 1991-1994 as construction manager. In 1994, he was appointed as the project manager in Era Baru Sdn Bhd. Later in 1999, he was promoted to senior manager responsible for leasing the overall management and performance of the company. His solid exposure, in depth experience and successful track record in the construction industry would be a valuable asset and recipe for the company's growth and success.
He formed Reka Property Group in 2007 and subsequently appointed as the CEO of the group. Mr. Deva together with Ir. Vellan are the founders of Kolej JSJ. He is also the Managing Director and Group Chairman for Katril Group of Companies. He is also an active member in REHDA NEGERI SEMBILAN (Deputy Chairman), and this network is valuable asset to Katril Group of Companies.
Currently he holds the post of Managing Director of Katril Group.
IR VELLAN V.PERUMAL
Executive Director
Graduated with an Electrical & Electronic Engineering Degree from Nottingham Trent University, U.K. and has over 20 years of experience in Electrical Consultancy Practice. He is a registered Professional Engineer with BEM and a Corporate Member of IEM. He was also the past chairman of Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) Melaka Branch (2012/2013). Since graduation in 1996, he has involved in a number of Building Services and Engineering projects.
He is also registered with the Energy Commission as a Competent Electrical Engineer and providing Electrical Supervision Services to industries. Mr Vellan is the co-Founder of Kolej JSJ.
